Within the scope of the second phase of the “Vocational Education and Training for Employment Programme” (VET4JOB-II) — funded by the European Union and implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education and the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK) by Expertise France and Eduser — the “Institutional Project Teams Third Group Training” was held in İzmir on 12–14 August 2025.
The training brought together a group of vocational training centre managers and teachers from 14 different provinces. The programme began with the opening speech by Hatice GÜNEŞ Programme Expert at the Directorate of Social Partners and Projects, General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education, Ministry of National Education and an informative presentation on VET4JOB-II by Ismain AMNAIY, Deputy Team Leader of the VET4JOB-II team at Expertise France.
The primary aim of the training was to help school project teams develop a shared understanding of VET4JOB-II activities and to equip them with solution-oriented approaches to address potential challenges in the implementation process. In addition, the training sought to familiarise participants with methods to strengthen their institutional learning culture.
With this session, all school project teams under VET4JOB-II have now completed their training, and in the upcoming period, they are expected to contribute to field implementation activities in a more equipped and effective manner.
