Within the scope of the VET4JOB-II Programme, the second group training aimed at enhancing the quality of social cohesion activities in vocational education centres was held in Bursa on 3–4 November 2025. Approximately 40 teachers from 21 schools in six provinces — Ankara, Bursa, İstanbul, İzmir, Kocaeli, and Konya — participated in the training.
The opening speeches were delivered by Kadriye KILIÇ, Branch Manager at the Directorate General for Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of National Education, Bülent ALTINTAŞ, Deputy Provincial Director of National Education in Bursa, and Fatma ÖZDEMİR ULUÇ, Team Leader of VET4JOB-II. During the opening session, the speakers highlighted the significance of social cohesion within the VET4JOB-II Programme and its positive impact on both individuals and society.
Following the opening, Ismain AMNAİY, Deputy Team Leader of VET4JOB-II, presented the objectives of the training and shared the fundamental principles of social cohesion practices.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in theoretical and practical group work focusing on participatory culture, communication, empathy, and the Football3 methodology. On the second day, all participants had the opportunity to experience a Football3 session on the field.
The training programme aims to enhance the quality of social cohesion activities carried out in vocational education centres and to contribute to the empowerment and unity of young people through shared learning and interaction.
