Supported by the European Union and implemented under the partnership of the Ministry of National Education’s Directorate General for Vocational and Technical Education and the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK), the second phase of the “Vocational Education and Training Programme for Employment” (VET4JOB-II), executed by Expertise France and Eduser, held its 2nd Steering Committee Meeting on 25 July 2025 in Ankara.
Opening speeches were delivered by Mr. Salih KAYGUSUZ, Acting Director General of Vocational and Technical Education at the Ministry of National Education; Mr. Atakan ÇELİK, Acting Secretary General of TESK; Mr. Laurent GUİRKİNGER, Head of Human and Social Development at the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye; and Mr. Fatih DURAN, Team Leader of the FRIT Coordination Unit at the Presidency of Migration Management under the Ministry of Interior.
Dr. Fatma ÖZDEMİR ULUÇ, Team Leader of Expertise France, and Ms. Aişe AKPINAR, Programme Coordinator of Eduser, shared updates on the current progress of the second phase of the programme as well as the plans for the upcoming period.
