As part of the VET4JOB-II Programme, a step has been taken to strengthen the capacity of professional organizations to deliver high-quality and sustainable practical training. The training programme titled “On-the-Job Training Techniques – Monitor Training” has been launched and is now being implemented.
Within this framework, Training of Trainers (ToT) Module (3 days / 18 hours)and On-the-Job Training Techniques Module (1 day / 6 hours) training modules have been developed.
The first pilot Training of Trainers programme was conducted in Ankara from 27–29 June 2025, with the participation of 10 individuals. The rollout of trainings is now continuing in the provinces of Ankara, Bursa, Kayseri, Mersin, and Hatay.
In parallel, efforts to develop Career Guidance and Counselling Services (CGC) for adults under Activity 1.3.1 of the VET4JOB-II Programme have also gained momentum. With the support of an academic team, two separate practical guides and a local implementation framework have been developed to support the delivery of CGC services.
A Training of Trainers programme on CGC was held in Ankara from 30 June to 2 July 2025, bringing together 46 participants. As of July 2025, CGC implementation has officially started in 12 provinces.
VET4JOB-II continues its commitment to enhancing the quality of vocational education and improving the employability of individuals across Türkiye.
