The Vocational Education and Training Program for Employment (VET4JOB II) is implemented by Expertise France and EDUSER in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education and the Turkish Confederation of Tradesmen and Craftsmen.
Funded by the European Union, VET4JOB II aims to facilitate access to sustainable livelihoods and registered employment for host communities and individuals under international and temporary protection by supporting their vocational skills through apprenticeship and vocational training in line with labour market needs.

VET4JOB II Targets:
- Outreach Activities and New Apprentice Student Enrolments: new apprentice student enrolments number of 19,200 in the vocational training centres, among in which 4,000 child workers were referred to apprenticeship training.
- Combating Child Labour: Within the framework of the VET4JOB II, information campaigns and training seminars to raise awareness of families and workplaces to combat child labour
- Apprentice Student Supports: Providing in-kind support to 19,200 apprentice students and risk preventive interventions to 8,640 apprentice students.
- Vocational Counselling and Career Guidance and Post-Graduation Support: Providing entrepreneurship training to 4,800 people and 300 entrepreneurial support.
- Integration of Vulnerable Adults into the Labour Market: Participation of 15,000 adults in vocational training courses, employment of 2,700 people, obtaining work permits for 1,200 people, registration of 6,000 people in İŞKUR in order to direct them to vocational training courses and prepare them for employment, especially if there are adults in the households of apprentice students who can be supported.
- Improvement of the Vocational Training Centres and the Workplaces: Increasing the human resources and physical capacity of 44 vocational training centres in 14 provinces and workplaces providing practical training to apprentice students. Providing rehabilitation and equipment support by prioritizing occupational health and safety issues in workplaces.
- Social Cohesion Activities: Implementation of social cohesion activities to support peaceful coexistence skills in programme implementation centres with a total of 40,000 participants, participation of 9,600 students to the extra-curricular activities.
