BACKGROUND
“Improving the Employment Prospects for The Syrian Refugees and Host Communities by Providing High-Quality VET and Apprenticeship in Turkey” namely, “IMEP/VET4JOB” Programme which is to be implemented by Expertise France (EF) and its implementing partner EDUSER between 2020-2023 with the financing of the European Union (EU) as part of the Facility for Refugees in Turkey (FRIT), has started by January 2020 and will continue for 4 years.
The final beneficiaries of the programme are Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK) and the contracting authority is Delegation of the European Union to Turkey (EUD).
PARTICIPATION
Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping – consortium – of tenderers) which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in an eligible country or territory.

Supply and delivery of 10 new, motorised land vehicles (B-segment)

IMPORTANT REMARK
As per the “GENERAL DIRECTIVE ON THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT BETWEEN TURKEY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION ON THE INSTRUMENT FOR PRE-ACCESSION ASSISTANCE (IPA II) (issue 29623), EDUSER Consulting as the Union Contractor is exempt from VAT and Special Consumption Tax (ÖTV).
